Betting Rules

We strive to ensure fairness and transparency in all betting activities. The following rules apply to all bets and markets:

Bet Confirmation
Once a bet is confirmed and recorded in our system, it is deemed valid. After confirmation, changes or cancellations to the bet are not possible, except in the case of system errors or event cancellations.

Postponed or Rescheduled Events
If an event is postponed but completed within 48 hours of its original scheduled start time, all placed bets remain valid. If the event is not concluded within that time frame, the bet will be voided, and your stake will be refunded.

Incorrect Odds or Market Listings
In the event of an obvious error in the odds, market listings, or results, the bet may be voided or settled using the correct odds at the time of placement. We reserve the right to rectify any errors without prior notice.

Suspicious Betting Activity
Any bet flagged as suspicious, collusive, or in violation of fair play principles may be canceled. We retain the right to suspend accounts and withhold funds if fraudulent or manipulative behavior is detected.

Betting Limits and Restrictions
Betting limits may be adjusted based on factors such as user behavior, risk level, or specific event categories. Some markets may be restricted due to legal or technical constraints.

Event Settlement
All bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body of the sport. For live bets, the outcome of the event at its conclusion will determine the result, not the time the bet was placed.

Void Bets
If a market is declared void for any reason, the initial stake will be refunded to the user. This includes instances where events are abandoned without an official result being declared.

Live Betting Delays
Live betting may experience delays. Odds are updated in real-time and may change quickly during the event. Bet placement times are logged and locked accordingly to reflect these fluctuations.
